I started Truthly Nourish because I wanted better answers about health. Nutrition and supplements are part of daily life for many people, yet it can be difficult to tell what is useful, what is uncertain, and what is simply a promise.

I want to help build the research that makes those distinctions clearer. Our focus is nutraceutical science: studying nutrients, functional foods, and naturally derived compounds, including how the body absorbs and uses them. We want to understand benefits, limitations, and risks, then share what we learn in language people can use.

That work belongs in a wider picture of health. The quality of our food and soil matters. So do the needs of autistic people and their families, the privacy of health information, and the relationships that help people feel supported. Truthly Nourish brings these responsibilities together.

My Christian faith is the reason I feel called to this work. The story of Nehemiah reminds me that seeing a need is only a beginning. Rebuilding takes patience, practical work, and people willing to take responsibility together.

Our long-term vision

We want to bring research, food production, learning, and community programs into closer collaboration, including a future shared campus. The purpose is practical: develop approaches that people and other communities can examine, use, and improve.

For me, restoration means caring for people and the conditions that support their lives. Faith gives that work meaning. Honest research keeps us accountable to what we can actually demonstrate.
